Get to Know Our Origins
Our journey began with a moment of revelation during a casual conversation over dinner.
Founders Joseph Ifiegbu and Gabe Horwitz, both accomplished leaders in people analytics, envisioned a product that could simplify the integration of people data from multiple sources into a single, unified platform.
They wanted to harness the power of unified data models, predictive and prescriptive analytics, and predictive emotional intelligence to create a “single source of truth”- a platform capable of both illustrating and forecasting the narrative told by people data.
The concept gained momentum when Ethan, our Chief Technology Officer, joined the team. His technical expertise was the catalyst that accelerated the development of what would become the first people analytics platform built by people analysts.
